Caf6 Paviffion. Fselledparken. In summer, this openair venue serves a barbecue ThursSat nights and follows it up with a diverse selection of Danish rock bands, pmnpehuset Studiestraede («33320066). Not part of Huset but run by the same people, and offering a broad sweep of middlestrata rock, hiphop and funk groups from Denmark and around the world about three times a month. Stengade 30, Stengade 30. Brilliant youthclubby venue in Nerrebro, across the lakes from the city centre, boasting lowpriced, eclectic monthly bills of the best yettobediscovered Copenhagen bands. Also has the cheapest beer prices of any city music venue. De Tre Musketerer, Nikolaj Plads 25 («33125067). A longestablished and wellrespected jazz venue, with a traditional leaning. Clubs Annabell's, lille Kongensgade 16. Comparatively upmarket but worth a fling on Fridays and Saturdays when there's a younger, brasher crowd. Bar Bue, Ridhusstraede 13. Mixtures of punk, funk and hiphop burst out in this compact and sweaty room (see also "Live music") usually Fri & Sat only. Daddy's, Axeltorv 5. A bit staid, with an older clientele, but fine if you're looking to tango until dawn. Montmartre, Nerregade 41. After the jazz (see "Live music") finishes, a vibrant and enjoyable disco takes over. One of the better spots to shake a leg. Umatic, Vestergade 10, in the basement ot Krasnapokky (see "Cafes and bars"). With the trendiest sounds and the weirdest dressed people, this is Ле nearest thing to a poseurs' para that the city has though sociable enough to make anyone feel part of the scene.
